About this site
Bailiff Fees Check exists because bailiff fee statements arrive at the worst moments, in unfamiliar language, and almost nobody checks the numbers against the law that fixes them. The law is public: the Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014 sets every fee an enforcement agent or High Court Enforcement Officer may charge in England & Wales. This site reproduces that schedule accurately, explains each stage, and provides a free checker.

Every statutory figure carries its source. Where a fact depends on your individual situation we say so instead of guessing. We do not sell leads to enforcement firms, we are not a debt management company, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Corrections: see the contact page in the footer.
